At Serve First Basketball Academy, our mission is to develop confident athletes, strong leaders, and compassionate people through the game of basketball. We are committed to providing exceptional instruction while teaching the values of hard work, teamwork, humility, and service. We are dedicated to giving back by investing 10% of all profits into projects that strengthen and serve our community.

Meet The Coach
Coach Noah Szilagyi
Coach Noah Szilagyi is the founder of Serve First Basketball Academy and is passionate about helping young athletes grow both on and off the court.
A graduate of ThunderRidge High School, Coach Szilagyi helped lead the Grizzlies to a State Runner-Up finish in 2015 before continuing his playing career at Gordon College in Wenham, MA. There he was a team captain and earned All-Conference honors. His senior year he led the conference in three-point shooting percentage, and set the school's single-season record for highest free throw percentage at 95.1%

After three seasons as an assistant coach at Regis University in Denver, Coach Szilagyi returned home to ThunderRidge High School, where he currently serves as the Assistant Varsity Boys Basketball Coach and the Department Chair of the P.E Department.
​
Growing up in this community shaped who he is, and he feels honored to give back by investing in the next generation of athletes. Through Serve First Basketball Academy, his goal is to help every player build confidence, develop strong character, and discover their love for the game of basketball.
